Frequently Asked Questions
What products do you sell at Ghemu Farm?
We sell farm-made preserves, jams and fruit drinks, produced in small batches using traditional family recipes. Our range focuses on seasonal produce and simple ingredients.
Are your products handmade?
Our products are made in small batches using traditional methods. We focus on careful preparation rather than mass production.
Where are your products made?
Our products are made in the United Kingdom in accordance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Do you grow your own ingredients?
Ghemu Farm is currently in development. At this stage, our products are made using thoughtfully sourced ingredients. Growing our own herbs and other ingredients is part of our longer-term plan as the farm develops.
Do your products contain allergens?
Some products may contain allergens or be prepared in environments where allergens are present. Full ingredient information is provided on each product page and label. If you have food allergies or sensitivities, please review ingredients carefully before purchasing.
How should I store your products?
Storage requirements vary depending on the product. Most preserves, jams and fruit drinks can be stored unopened in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Some products are chilled items and must be kept refrigerated at all times, including before opening. These products are clearly labelled and shipped in temperature-controlled packaging.
Once opened, all products should be refrigerated and consumed within the timeframe stated on the label.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery using the Contact Us page on our website, with your order number and a short description of the issue. We will review the situation and advise on the next steps.
Do you sell tea on Ghemu Farm?
No. Tea is produced and sold separately under our tea brand, IVA PLANTS. Ghemu Farm focuses on farm produce such as preserves, jams and drinks.
